Your enrolment becomes final once STC Next confirms it in writing or electronically, or when the programme begins. Please note that information contained in catalogues, brochures or on the website does not constitute a binding offer.
You will receive a confirmation after registering. When a course is definitively confirmed depends on the type of course and the number of registrations.
For a regular open-enrolment course, STC Next may notify you up to 21 days before the start date that the course will not take place. For international courses, this period is 6 weeks. For all applicable provisions, please consult the STC Next General Terms and Conditions.
If you need to change your name, address, invoicing details or other registration information, please inform the course administration as soon as possible. Include your full name, the course name, the course date and, if available, your registration or invoice number. Changes are not final until they have been confirmed by STC Next.
You must always cancel your participation in writing or by email. The cancellation fee depends on the type of course and when you cancel. A regular open-enrolment course in the Netherlands can generally be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before the start date. Before cancelling, please read the General Terms and Conditions.
Yes. You can request a duplicate certificate. STC Next currently charges €40 excluding VAT per certificate, including postage.
Our advisers will be happy to help you find a course that matches your experience, learning objectives and career plans. If you receive benefits or support from the UWV, please discuss with your UWV adviser in advance whether the course can be approved and funded. You can then contact STC Next for information about the programme, costs and schedule.
First, check the complete course catalogue. If the course you need is not listed, please contact us. It may be offered under a different name, a new start date may not yet have been scheduled, or we may be able to develop a suitable customised course.
STC Next offers customised training for businesses, either at an STC Next location or in-company at the client’s premises.
Various accommodation options are available near the training locations. Always check who is responsible for making the reservation and which cancellation conditions apply. Particularly for international courses, hotel and other accommodation cancellation costs may be payable by the client or participant.
