STC Waalhaven Zuid zijde is the headquarters of STC Next and a modern location for education and meetings. The site offers free parking, is easily accessible by public transport, and features modern classrooms and catering facilities.

The location on Lloydstraat is a striking building with excellent facilities and a unique view over Rotterdam. After the Euromast and the Cube Houses, it may well be one of the most photographed buildings in the city. The building on Lloydstraat is the international headquarters of STC Group, of which STC Next is part. This training location is also home to the largest simulator park in the region. STC Next’s simulators are also housed at this location.
Here you will find, among others, maritime simulators, DP simulators, inland shipping simulators, and radar simulators.

This location is located on the edge of the Botlek area and is entirely devoted to the process industry. A large number of facilities are located at the location Kerkhoekstraat, such as a training factory, measurement and control rooms, emergency response simulator and a tanker laboratory.

STC Hanze Maritiem is a collaboration between STC Group and Deltion College. Maritime vocational education programmes are offered on the Deltion College campus in Zwolle.
In addition, STC Next provides practice-oriented courses for professionals in the maritime sector at this location.
